While it's not quite as dramatic as the story, I certainly never thought I'd be living in Florida. I was planning on going to Grad School in Atlanta, at the same old school I got my undergrad and would keep working at the same old restaurant hanging out in the same old bars every night. But then suddenly, all signs pointed to going to school in Orlando. Now I've been here for almost 2 years and it's been amazing! I've grown up and learned so much more than I ever could have living in my safe little nest in Georgia. Definitely a pleasant surprise!
