Fun story over on the website today about a woman who was once an NFL cheerleader and is now a pig farmer! Sounds like she's not living the life she planned. What about you? Has your life taken a surprising turn? How is living the life you DIDN'T plan working out for you?

While it's not quite as dramatic as the story, I certainly never thought I'd be living in Florida. I was planning on going to Grad School in Atlanta, at the same old school I got my undergrad and would keep working at the same old restaurant hanging out in the same old bars every night. But then suddenly, all signs pointed to going to school in Orlando. Now I've been here for almost 2 years and it's been amazing! I've grown up and learned so much more than I ever could have living in my safe little nest in Georgia. Definitely a pleasant surprise!

Hmmm... I'm a career waitress who has somehow become a professional virtual assistant and network manager with a penchant for creating ezines, newsletters and ebooks... Definitely a surprise, especially to me!
