What a great story and so very true. I've found that when I'm mentally immersed in my problems, lacks, D'OH! moments, I instantly feel better when I focus on helping someone else. It may be nothing more than helping a visitor to DC with directions or holding a door open for a few extra moments so someone won't miss the elevator. And afterwards, that "problem" isn't as big as I thought it was.
