What the most inspiring women in the world want you to know...

I had the rare opportunity to attend Maria Shriver's WE Empower Women's Conference in Long Beach, CA. There were 14,000 women in attendance and another 1 million watching via webcast! It was mind-blowing and historic. There are only a handful of powerful people who can rally Condoleezza Rice, Indra Nooyi (CEO of Pepsi), Warren Buffet, Chris Matthews, Jennifer Lopez, Billie Jean King, Louise Hay, Bono, Christiane Amanpour, and Gloria Steinem to speak on the SAME day, in the SAME place.
