- During my free time I love reading and writing inspiring stories. Occasionally, I write freelance pieces and will soon begin a book about my personal story. Recently, I spent three months in Spain to complete a writing project for a charitable organization and also found time to explore and ponder life. Thanks for letting me know about Skype. Thankfully, my husband accepted a new position in Cleveland this week so we get to see him LIVE all the time now! :) We have a great deal to be thankful for this year!!!

Oh yeah, I forgot to give my own answer. My fave Thanksgiving food is Sweet Potato casserole w/ melted marshmallows on top. I could take a bath in that stuff! Yum!
I'm thankful to Delta Airlines for gifting passengers with free wi-fi. First time I'm able to access internet from 35,000 up. Pretty cool. Thanks, Delta!
