When you make a living filling lots of shoes for lots of people, you just never know what a week is going to look like. I enjoy it that way, I certainly can't get bored with my job! I never know what email is going to be a fun new project, or an opportunity to learn something new. And I have to admit, it's always a great feeling when a client tells me I've done a good job (especially in a case where I'm doing something I've never done before!)

So a couple of weeks ago I had the opportuity to learn how to make ebooks. It isn't all that hard - I've been working with word processing programs for years, but when creating an ebook, it's so.much.more.fun! Embedded images, creating pretty new templates that flatter the client's product and content... I'm a nerd, but I love it.

So a week later, I got the opportunity to do another one YAY!

But the truth is, working on 2 ebooks for two clients, on two very different subjects has been challenging, especially with all the other work I had to do over the last couple of weeks. 1 weekly newsletter, 1 weekly ezine, 2 networks to maintain, lots of virtual assistant work, a few autoresponders to work up and schedule. Throw in 2 new rescue dogs (OMG They are so adorable!) plus 2 of my kids got out of school for the summer, one of my older kids got his first apartment, and my landlord called to inform me that she and her husband were divorcing and there were some "issues" with who was keeping which rental properties and which one's would be sold.. *whew*

So my inspirational point of the day? My landLADY keeps my house, no move needed (YAY!) most of the week's work is done, the new pooches are happily assimilating to the new home (the couch is infinitely better than a kennel 23 of 24 hours a day) and, the weekend is here. Weee! Hope you guys have a beautiful weekend! I intend to!
